The spiral air duct is mainly coated with a layer of zinc on the iron sheet of the air duct, which plays a maintenance role on the iron sheet. After passivation, dyeing, or application of protective agents, zinc coatings can significantly improve their protective and decorative properties. The spiral duct market is generally divided into three categories based on materials: galvanized spiral duct, stainless steel spiral duct, and composite spiral duct. Among them, stainless steel air ducts have good quality and strong applicability, but their prices are high.

目前市面通廣的螺旋風管是鍍鋅板的。鍍鋅板螺旋風管，基本是不銹鋼螺旋風管的特點，但是相對只有不銹鋼風管的三分之二甚更低。復合螺旋風管一般運用在外界環(huán)境比較一般，對風管規(guī)定不太高的場所。螺旋風管適用范圍十分廣泛。凈化設備送到風管、空調(diào)通風管、工業(yè)送排風通風管、系統(tǒng)吸排風管、礦井抽放瓦斯管、礦井涂膠帶風筒等。

Currently, the widely circulated spiral air ducts on the market are made of galvanized sheet steel. Galvanized sheet spiral air duct is basically the characteristic of stainless steel spiral air duct, but its price is relatively only two-thirds or even lower than that of stainless steel air duct. Composite spiral air ducts are generally used in places where the external environment is relatively ordinary and the regulations for air ducts are not too high. Spiral air ducts have a wide range of applications. Purification equipment is sent to air ducts, central air conditioning ventilation ducts, industrial supply and exhaust ventilation ducts, environmental protection system suction and exhaust ducts, mine gas drainage ducts, mine tape coated air ducts, etc.

有效的風管清洗方法有三種：

There are three effective methods for cleaning air ducts:

1.真空吸污：用類似有手握式的真空吸污管來操作。用刷子接觸管路內(nèi)壁以污物。這類方法必須風管有較大的檢修口使操控的人員可以盡量夠獲得但這種方法可能漏掉一部分塵土和污物，由于風管不能產(chǎn)生完全的負壓標準。而以下這些方法能夠產(chǎn)生負壓標準。

1. Vacuum suction: Use a handheld vacuum suction tube to operate. Touch the inner wall of the pipeline with a brush to remove dirt. This type of method requires the air duct to have a large access hole so that operators can access it as much as possible. However, this method may miss out on some dust and dirt, as the air duct cannot produce a complete negative pressure standard. And the following methods can generate negative pressure standards.

2.動力刷洗：用氣動或者電動的刷子將污跡刷動，隨后污物用和氣體清洗同樣的方法和方向被吸進真空收集器中。這類方法規(guī)定盡可能當心不會破壞保溫材料的外表。

2. Power brushing: Use a pneumatic or electric brush to brush the dirt, and then the dirt is sucked into the vacuum collector using the same method and direction as gas cleaning. This type of method requires maximum caution not to damage the appearance of the insulation material.

3.氣體清洗：這類方法依靠連接到風管的配有噴頭的軟管以運輸空氣壓縮。設計噴頭促使空氣壓縮能夠把塵土和污物驅(qū)逐進來。而被空氣壓縮去干的污物和塵土則沿著風管被輸送到真空集容器里。

3. Gas cleaning: This type of method relies on a hose equipped with a nozzle connected to the air duct to transport air compression. Design a nozzle to compress the air and expel dust and dirt. The dirt and dust compressed and dried by air are transported along the air duct to the vacuum collection container.
