Air duct shall not be connected by S type cuttings, C right angle cuttings and vertical joint angle cuttings. The air hose with air cleaning grade 1~5 is not allowed to use snap snap.

凈化空調系統(tǒng)風管的法蘭鉚釘間距應小于100 mm，空氣潔凈等級為1～5的風管法蘭鉚釘間距應小于65mm。

風管內(nèi)不得設置加固框或加固筋。

風管加工前應采用清洗液去除板材表面油污及積塵，清洗液應采用對板材表面無損害、干燥后不產(chǎn)生粉塵，且對人體無危害的中性清潔劑。

Cleaning fluid should be used to remove oil and dust on the surface of sheet metal before air duct processing. Cleaning fluid should be used as a neutral cleaner which is harmless to the surface of sheet metal, does not produce dust after drying, and does not harm to human body.

通風管道制作完畢應使用清洗液清洗，清洗后經(jīng)白綢布擦拭檢查達到要求后，酚醛板，應及時封口。

Ventilation pipes should be cleaned with cleaning fluid after production. After cleaning, the phenolic board should be sealed in time after it has been wiped and inspected by white silk cloth.

彩色涂層鋼板風管的內(nèi)壁應光滑;板材加工時不得損壞涂層，被損壞的部位應涂環(huán)氧樹脂。

The inner wall of the color coated steel pipe shall be smooth; the coating shall not be damaged when the plate is processed, and the damaged part shall be coated with epoxy resin.

風管的咬口縫、鉚接縫以及法蘭翻邊四角縫隙處，應按設計及潔凈等級要求，采用涂密封膠或其他密封措施堵嚴。密封材料宜采用異丁基橡膠、氯丁橡膠、變性硅膠等為基材的材料。風管板材連接縫的密封面應設在風管壁的正壓側。

風管應減少縱向接縫，玻璃鋼通風管道，且不得有橫向接縫。

The longitudinal joints and FRP ventilation ducts should be reduced and no transverse joints should be allowed.

風管加工連接螺栓、螺母、墊圈和鉚釘應采用鍍鋅或其他防腐措施，不得使用抽芯鉚釘。

Connection bolts, nuts, washers and rivets for air duct processing shall be galvanized or other anticorrosive measures, and core-pulling rivets shall not be used.
