The acceptance of the processing and manufacturing quality of ventilation ducts shall be carried out according to their materials, system category search and different places of use, mainly including the material, specification, strength, tightness and appearance quality of finished products of air ducts.

通風管道加工制作質(zhì)量的驗收，按設(shè)計圖紙與本標準的規(guī)定執(zhí)行。工程中所選用的外購風管，還必須提供相應的產(chǎn)品合格證明文件或進行強度和嚴密性的驗證，符合要求的方可使用。系統(tǒng)風管允許漏風量：按風管系統(tǒng)類別所規(guī)定平均單位面積、單位時間內(nèi)的大允許漏風量。

The acceptance of the processing and manufacturing quality of ventilation pipes shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the design drawings and this standard. （1）漏風率：空調(diào)設(shè)備、除塵器等，在工作壓力下空氣滲入或泄漏量與其額定風量的比值。

(1) Air leakage rate: the ratio of air infiltration or leakage under working pressure of air conditioning equipment, dust remover, etc. to their rated air volume.

（2）凈化空調(diào)系統(tǒng)：用于潔凈空間的空氣調(diào)節(jié)、空氣凈化系統(tǒng)。

（3）漏光檢測：用強光源對風管的咬口、接縫、法蘭及其他連接處進行透光檢查，確定孔洞、縫隙等滲漏部位及數(shù)量的方法。

(3) Light leakage detection: use a strong light source to conduct light transmission inspection on the seam, joint, flange and other joints of the air duct, and determine the leakage position and quantity of holes, gaps, etc.

（4）風管系統(tǒng)的工作壓力：指系統(tǒng)風管總風管處設(shè)計的大的工作壓力。

通風管道規(guī)格的驗收，風管以外徑或外邊長為準，風道以內(nèi)徑或內(nèi)邊長為準。通風管道的規(guī)格搜索宜按照的規(guī)定。圓形風管應優(yōu)先采用基本系列。非規(guī)則橢圓形風管參照矩形風管，并以長徑平面邊長及短徑尺寸為準。

The specification search of ventilation pipe should follow the regulations of. The basic series shall be preferred for round air ducts. 風管系統(tǒng)按其系統(tǒng)的工作壓力劃分為三個類別，其類別劃分應符合表鍍鋅鋼板及各類含有復合保護層的鋼板，應采用咬口連接或鉚接，不得采用影響其保護層防腐性能的焊接連接方法。

風管的密封，應以板材連接的密封為主，可采用密封膠嵌縫和其他方法密封。密封膠性能應符合使用環(huán)境的要求，密封面宜設(shè)在風管的正壓側(cè)。

The sealing of air duct shall be mainly based on the sealing of plate connection, which can be sealed by sealant caulking and other methods.
